行程居然和上次一样：
8日晚 Z73 北京-合肥 不过这次换了卧铺
10日早 7：58 D5447 合肥-上海，还是托同学在合肥买了票
10日晚 T 上海-北京（汗，连座位的位置都一样，2车厢6号~~）
准备：
这次，反倒放轻松很多了，也没准备什么东西，居然就这么去了~~除了在火车上思考了
最最经典的Why audit~~
我被安排在2点半面试，雨下得很大，2点10分到了4楼再次整理了衣服之后，才上了50
楼，看见了刚才同在麦当劳的mm~~
被告知，是个欧美人面我~~陆续的不断有人来等待面试，不断有人被带上去面试，只有
我还坐在那里~~2点50~~还没有结果，就问了一下，说par可能今天比较忙，还需要等~~
直到3点10分，我才被带到48楼，面我的是J**，English，2001年从Hong Kong office到
上海office的，先是为让我等待而道歉，然后很nice的说他先自我介绍下，我可以relax
一下~~瞄到桌面上好像有一份评分表格，大概有5条，有1 2 3 4 5几项，看见我的其中
1-2个打了1，剩下的是2，不过不知道是什么内容，估计是manager的评价吧~~
于是，我的经典句子~~
My name is ZChao. I am a postgraduate student of University of Science and

par: aha, that is interesting, what do you know about audit?
(这个有点打乱我的想法，随不是why audit，但又相关，只能选择其中一条回答~~)
me: en. I know audit is a third party professional, which has authority,
judgement and knowledge, to be employed by one party, and check the other
party's records and ... 汗，不会说了，只好sorry, I don't know the finical
words.
par: ok. it is not a bad answer. when I was been interviewed, I even didn't
know that. (so nice~~) what do you think is important personality for an
auditor?
me: (临时开编~~) first, judgement, because it is authority and third party.
second, detail-oriented, maybe someone will precise or something, auditors
should find the details. third, 说的啥 我忘了，反正我是说了三条，然后par张口
了，我才没继续编下去
par: en I think judgement is important for a partner. And 质疑和（后面那个我
忘了）are also important. 反正，意思就是一个是得提出问题，一个是得解决问题，
还得是不卑不亢的那种~~ok. introduce your internship
me: ok. Actually it is a technical internship. There are mainly two types of
work. one is the research of software development process, which is similar
with the process when doing things. The other part is implementation of a
software. some coding work.
par: have you travel to other countries?
me: no
par: oh, you must be travel a lot in China
me: not a lot. I just travel to Beijing for Microsoft Summer Camp, and one
month in Shanghai for an internship(傻，忘了说HongKong等~~只想着简历上的地点
了~~)
par: ok. what is that internship
me: it is iaeste. an NPO which engaged in the exchange of students in our
country and abroad to have internship. And everyone there actually plays a
HR role.
par: interesting. what do you know about KPMG
me:(可以理解为Why KPMG) First, KPMG is the best (我说道best，par就笑了) on
on job training, for me, an unaccounting major student, which is very
important. Second, KPMG has the most big clients which can broaden my vision.
par: not a bad answer. what client you know of KPMG
me:(汗，我居然没准备，虽然对某些名字有印象，但是不敢冒冒然的说，还是算了吧

par: it is OK. what industry would you like to do
me: actually no limitition. I would like to experience more and more
par: what do you want to be in future
me: My career dream is to be a professional who has some authority in one
area. So I want to decribe my career plan using three maths words. First, it
is point. The first several years for me should be the accumulation period.
I really would like to experience more and more projects and industries.
Second, line. When I know enough of one industry, I will connect the points
into one line, I can understand the process. Last, is plane. At that time, I
hope to understand audit clearly in different industries.
par: ok. would you like some sports
me: a, as a Harbin person, I am proud to say I like skating.
par: but you cannot skate in Shanghai
me: yes. I also like running. And from last year, I learned to swim, but I
haven't learned it.(开始说胡话了~~)
par: ok. do you have any question to ask me?
me:(en, 这么快？看来HRgg的提醒是对的，今天par很忙，可能面试很快~~心里还有点小
开心，前面虽有点不顺，但大体看是nice的，回答也算顺利~~虽不突出~~)ok, if I
can come into KPMG, I will participate in July or later of next year, from
now on, there are several months, I want to know what preparation I should
do?
par: that is a good question. blabla~~其实，说了2点：1 补accounting知识 2 补
英语，说your English is not bad, but you can be better. it is very important
not only in KPMG. For both of them, I don't know where to learn in China. I
think you should not just read books, maybe have an intern.
me: (par说的时候，我是直汗，只能点头，发现自己一毛病：别人说话时我只能听，插
不上，而我说话时，别人插了接不上，还是按照原计划说~~得改~~)
par: any other question
me:（心想是不是要结束了，还看到有人说par忙，就不问问题了，par很开心，于是我很
傻的说~~）before I have some questions, but they told me you are very busy,
so I will not ask any more.
par: I don't think so. I think choosing the right people is very important.

me: (汗，被教训一顿后，知道什么叫聪明反被聪明误，一时想不起来自己准备的
question了，于是编了个) I want to know what is your most impressive thing in
these several years when you are in KPMG
par: which aspect 你问的是关于kpmg和其他三家相比还是什么
me: any aspect, 事实上，我只想知道你回答这个问题的时候会怎么回答（比如面试，
不过可能我没有表达清楚）
par: blabla~~ 好几个example，其实都是kpmg和其他几家不同，kp的文化的内容~~
me: （本想拍下马屁）I see your strong ownership
par: partnership~~blabla~~and any other question?
me: 汗，没想到
par: because you just prepare 2 questions, aha, it is ok.（本以为没事了，谁知
道转了）can you tell me what position you want to do, manager, partner, or
what in ten years.
me: （此时我还没意识到问题的严重性）继续强调我的professional 不敢说partner
par: personality, do you think you are tough enough or you will take care
your baby
me: （感觉到tough了~~）strong~~ not take care baby (这里太冲动了~~)
par: 我还是没看到你的personality，我给你个机会，你说服wo~
me: (汗，怎么感觉局势一下就变了啊，乱了阵脚了) ok I will give you some
examples.
谁知道我怎么给出的第一个例子居然是leadership~~
par: 怀疑我是否够strong去manage people
me:(自爆家短) when it comes to disadvantage, I always say I am not very good
temper when my teammates can not reach my requirement~~
par: to team it is ok but client
me: another example. cooperate with CS school, lab~~my method
par: not enough. motivate. different people need different motivation
methods. someone money someone honor blabla~~
